"I have two smaller units here after discovering that is cheaper than one garage-sized unit. The automated system happily accepted my payments in two different amounts for my two units and sent me receipts via email, yet whoever is in charge decided to apply both payments IN DIFFERENT amounts to just one of my units, and then charged me a late fee for the unit they neglected. Who on earth would make two payments on one unit in one month, a few dollars shy of a second full payment, and then totally neglect their other unit? This is the second time in a row this has happened, and when I call the woman on the phone sounds completely lethargic, like I have annoyed her with my phone call and she could not possibly care less. I will be moving all of my belongings shortly due to this. I pay $150 a month to be treated this way. Not anymore."
